What this changes in practice

The legal form notably organises the relationships between project promoters, governance and liability. It must be compared with the financing, prospects for the entry of new shareholders and management obligations. The form alone does not determine all tax or social security consequences. The choice must also take account of conditions specific to the activity and possibilities for development, rather than merely comparing initial costs.
