The availability of an assistant does not mean that the procedure has already been completed. Check the signature, submission, documents and acknowledgement; saving a draft does not constitute filing.

How to prepare the process

MyGuichet.lu enables digital procedures to be completed with participating authorities. Each procedure retains its own conditions, documents and signature requirements. A saved draft is not necessarily a submitted application. The status of the file, requests for additional information and confirmation of filing must be monitored. The professional space organises company access rights without removing the responsibilities attached to the procedure.
