It concerns the employer’s file and must be distinguished from the entry declaration for each employee. Upon a first hire, these procedures must be coordinated; confirmation of the employer registration number alone does not prove the employee’s affiliation.

How to prepare the process

The operational declaration with the CCSS identifies the employer for the purposes of social security obligations. It is distinct from the business permit and the entry declaration for each employee. The company must prepare accurate information on its identity, activity and representatives. Opening the employer’s file is then followed by regular monitoring of remuneration, affiliations and contributions.

Pourquoi préparer le dossier employeur avant la première paie ?

L’identification de l’employeur et l’organisation des déclarations doivent permettre de traiter correctement l’entrée et les rémunérations.
